Every member of our Samaj is traditionally linked to a native village. Selecting your Gor is mandatory for system integrity; it ensures you are correctly indexed in the community matrix and helps distant relatives from the same heritage identify and connect with you.
The Team Board reflects the official committee members currently serving the Samaj. All names and roles are verified by the central secretariat and updated in real-time. You can trust these as the official points of contact for community governance.
Basic identifiers like names and native villages are visible to authenticated community members. However, sensitive data—including Mobile Numbers, WhatsApp links, and Personal Profiles—is protected behind a strict login shield to prevent external data scraping.
Our system automatically syncs with the official Samaj YouTube channel. This ensures you always see the latest religious Mantras, event recordings, and administrative announcements without leaving the portal.
Login & Password
To access the portal, enter your allocated Member ID. For the initial password, use your 4-Digit Birth Year (e.g., 1985). Upon successful entry, the system will prompt you to set a permanent, secure password of your choice.
To ensure the highest security of our community data, password resets are not automated. If you lose your credentials, you must contact the Admin Secretariat through the contact form for manual identity verification and a secure reset.
Member IDs are allocated based on historical community registers. If you do not have an ID, please fill out the registration request in the Contact section. After verification of your background by the board, an ID will be issued.
No. Your contact details are hidden from the public. Only verified and logged-in community members can view your phone number for legitimate connections. This prevents your number from being added to telemarketing or spam lists.
Family Records
To maintain record accuracy, the system enforces a "Profile Completion Policy". You must first complete your own profile—including village selection, mobile number, and photo—before you are authorized to register family members.
You can upload high-quality profile photos, professional resumes, and marriage biodata (PDF/DOC). These documents are securely stored and help other members find suitable matches or professional opportunities within the Samaj.
Only the Family Head (the primary account holder) can add or edit details for family members. This ensures that only verified family information is entered into the central database.
Direct Support
Once logged in, you can open a formal Support Ticket for technical issues. This is tracked by our board directly, ensuring your query is answered and resolved promptly with official status updates.
Data accuracy is our priority. If you encounter incorrect facts or outdated records, use the "Enquiry" feature on the Contact page. Our data auditors will verify the correct information and update the master database.
