To provide you with a full directory of our Samaj, we take your basic info: Member Name, Birth Year, Native Gor, and Current Address. This ensures everyone in our community can correctly identify their heritage.
Sensitive details like your Personal Phone Number, WhatsApp linkage, and Precise Google Map locations are hidden behind our security login. Only Verified Samaj Members can see this; generic website visitors cannot see your contact facts.
You have your own Privacy Hub to manage what others see. Within your dashboard, you can instantly turn these on or off:
Identity Lock
Hide your profile photo from the public directory.
Mobile Masking
Restrict mobile number display to Board Admin only.
Email Privacy
Hide your digital address from member searches.
You are the owner of your details. You can update your profile, hide your phone number from others, or ask to remove your account if you are no longer an active member of our Samaj.
Direct Board Support for Profile Data
Your passwords are never stored as plain text. We use special security locks that mix up your password. This means no one—not even the Board Members or website creators—can see your actual password. It is impossible for anyone to view your login details.
To stop others from using your account, our system records every time someone logs in. This Activity History keeps a record of the internet address used to reach your profile.
We have a Public Lockdown rule. Private details like your address, phone number, and family list are hidden from the general public. Only verified, logged-in members can see this information.
For first-time setup or sensitive account changes, we use One-Time Password (OTP) verification. This ensures that the person accessing the account is the authorized owner of the registered email address. This step is mandatory before a permanent password can be established.
